The sixth generation of T-MAX winches arrives under the name "Titan Series" and represents a significant upgrade in every aspect compared to previous generations and its competitors. Equipped with powerful 7 HP motors, they deliver a rated line pull of up to 13,000 lbs without sacrificing speed.
Using aviation-grade grease capable of operating at extreme low temperatures down to -41°C, combined with high-precision gears, ensures ultra-smooth operation and exceptional durability in the harshest off-road environments.
The biggest evolution is found in the new control box . It features an advanced electronic torque control system with instant load detection, overload protection, and a color-changing LED indicator that shows the real-time stress on the winch. These new solenoid boxes also allow full wireless operation using the same remote, with no additional accessories required. The control box can be fully integrated on top of the winch (TEWi “Integrated” versions) or mounted separately for a clean, hidden, or custom installation (TEW “Standard” versions). The all-new remote control has been completely redesigned. It displays real-time load level and allows operation both wired and wirelessly.
T-MAX Titan Series is the first winch on the market to show real-time pulling force through a visual indicator. Both the logo and a progressive multi-color LED strip clearly display the load tension as it increases. This gives the user greater control and safety, helping to prevent overloads and misuse.
On the exterior, the traditional clutch lever has been completely removed, making the winch more compact and modern-looking. The clutch can still be manually disengaged using the supplied tool when needed. Thanks to the larger drum diameter, it comfortably accommodates 28 meters of premium synthetic rope (SK-75 Dyneema) with protective sheath (PX Series) — significantly stronger and more durable than standard synthetic ropes. This rope comes as standard across the entire Titan Series.
With a full IP68 waterproof and dustproof rating , the Titan Series guarantees reliable performance in the worst conditions — heavy rain, mud, snow, or extreme dust. Its fully sealed motor, gearbox, and solenoid housing are designed to withstand submersion without permanent electrical damage.
Notes:
- The solenoid box and visual load indicator on the “Standard” version are mounted separately from the main winch body. This allows for fully custom and hidden installations, making it ideal for concealed setups inside the bumper.
- On the “Integrated” version, the solenoid box and visual indicator are built directly into the center of the winch. While very clean, this may not suit all vehicle installations due to space limitations. The “Standard” version with separate control box is recommended when clearance is an issue.
