The TESSERA SE Series manual roll-up cover is a retractable truck bed cover system designed to provide high durability, cargo security, and resistance to extreme weather conditions. Its smooth manual operation occurs entirely within the cassette, without the need for spring or electric motor assistance, ensuring reliability and low maintenance.
The 5 mm thick custom side rails fit precisely to the bed geometry, providing a robust installation, weather protection, and compatibility with OEM and third-party accessories through integrated T-slot channels, without drilling.
The system features reinforced anti-cut aluminum slats, an Internal Locking System (ILS), and Automatic Aluminum Locking Teeth (ALT), ensuring maximum cargo security. The cover includes oversized main drains, side drains, and an Anti-Leaf System (ALS) for efficient water and debris evacuation in extreme conditions. Integrated silicone seals offer additional protection against rain, dust, and environmental elements.
The compact cassette optimizes usable bed space while maintaining high load capacity and sufficient internal height.
