Multi-leaf springs combine on-road comfort with superior off-road articulation. They feature anti-friction treatments and safety reinforcements to ensure stable lift and long-term durability.
Note:
Lift +40mm - Constant load 400kg.
Note:
Wedges may be required to correct alignment. A brake proportioning valve extension 10-1076 must be installed if the vehicle is equipped with it.
Note:
It must be installed with C454 clamps.

EFS LEAF SPRINGS
EFS multi-leaf springs are made of high-quality Japanese carbon-alloy steel of SUP9 and SUP9A grade. Designed as a comfort leaf spring that incorporates special features to provide the driver with a comfortable and progressive on-road ride while offering greater off-road control with improved articulation and height. Available with lifts from 30 to 80mm and all of them with improved specifications compared to the vehicle's original leaf springs.
- Tapered leaves to reduce friction.
- Polyurethane inserts to minimize friction between leaves and improve comfort.
- Diamond-cut lower leaf ends.
- Protectors on each clip to reduce noise and friction.
- Flat axle seats to facilitate the fitment of leaf spring kits.
- Military-style safety wraps on the main leaf.
- Graphite layer between leaves to further reduce friction.
- Tratamiento de granallado “Shot Peening” on all leaves.
- Clips (clamps) for a perfect alignment of the leaves and to prevent their displacement.
