SMARTCAP BED REPLACEMENT SYSTEM
The SmartCap Bed Replacement System represents an advanced engineering solution for pickup truck cargo management. Constructed entirely from automotive-grade stainless steel, this modular system has been developed to ensure maximum durability under heavy-duty conditions and high load capacities.
The core of the system is the Smart Tray platform, specifically engineered to optimize vehicle space through:
- Under-Chassis Storage Capacity: An integrated, large-format pull-out drawer located beneath the chassis.
- Side Compartments: Two external storage units for rapid access to tools or equipment.
- Cargo Security: A dedicated cab guard (headboard) and multiple strategically positioned tie-down points.
The system allows for comprehensive integration via two optional modules, featuring the same matte black powder-coat finish as the Smart Tray:
- Drop-Side Panels: A set of removable side walls designed for the secure containment of loose materials and bulk goods.
- Hardtop XL: A fully enclosed canopy module providing a total cargo volume of 2.1 m³. It includes integrated roof rails and universal mounting brackets. This unit is equipped with specialized mounting points for transporting ladders, fuel jerry cans, and auxiliary equipment.
